Instructions
  1. Melt the butter, add to this the onions and cook until tender.
  2. Add pork chops and cook each side until brown.
  3. Combine juice from tomatoes, garlic, birch syrup and pour over chops. Simmer covered for 8 minutes or until pork is no-longer pink.
  4. Remove pork chops, add tomatoes and celery and simmer uncovered until mixture is thickened to make a chutney. Serve the chutney over the pork chops with chips or rice.
