Instructions
  1. Rub the ribs with olive oil, salt and pepper and place in a preheated oven (170 centigrade) for 35 mins until they are cooked but not dried up.
  2. Mix all the other ingredients (except the Sesame seeds and Spring onion which are for garnish) together into a paste.
  3. Remover the ribs from the oven and coat them all over with the paste then return them to the oven for a further 30 minutes turning and spooning the sauce back over them every 10 mins.
  4. Garnish with some Sesame seeds and Spring onion and serve.
